Luscious Honey is the creator, writer, and performer behind Pull Me Under, an original Black erotic drama reimagining what serialized romance can be. A spoken word artist since 2004 and a longtime book club devotee, Luscious draws on a literary lineage that includes Zane, Brenda Jackson, J.L. Seegars, and Kimberley Lawson Roby — carrying that tradition into a new, audio-first format. She launched Pull Me Under on TikTok LIVE in February 2026, building a live cast and a growing community of devoted listeners before expanding the story into its fuller form on Substack. Her mission is to normalize intimacy within Black love, on the page and out loud.
